Fozia notices when someone is standing on the edge of a group, and she is quick to close that gap. She will trot over, introduce herself, and find a way to bring a shy friend into whatever is happening, whether that is a game of tag, a story circle or a simple chat about the day. Nobody stays a stranger around Fozia for long.
Dogs are her favourite thing in the world. Along with her friend Kwanele, she knows the names of every dog in Penguitropolis and greets each one like an old friend, crouching down to scratch an ear or toss a stick without a moment's hesitation. If there is a dog nearby, Fozia has usually already made a new best friend before anyone else has noticed it is there.
Her affection is easy and unguarded. She hugs often, cheers loudly for her friends, and never seems to run out of kindness to share. For Anda, Fozia is proof that friendship does not need to be complicated. Sometimes it is as simple as noticing someone, walking over, and inviting them in.
