Email [email protected] with your order reference, purchase date and the issue or cancellation request. Do not email full card details. We will acknowledge and assess the request promptly and explain the applicable remedy.
2 Digital resources
If a download fails, a file is corrupt, access is not delivered or the supplied resource materially differs from its description, contact us for assistance. We will provide an appropriate remedy, including replacement, restored access or a refund where required. Downloading or accessing content does not remove statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed products. Any legally permitted restriction on change-of-mind cancellation for digital content must be clearly disclosed and any required agreement obtained before supply starts.
3 Cooling off and other legal rights
Applicable cancellation, cooling-off, refund and consumer-protection rights under South African law take precedence over this policy. Eligibility, time periods, permitted exclusions and lawful return costs depend on the transaction. Nothing here creates a blanket “no refunds” rule or requires a customer to give up a statutory right.
4 Membership cancellation
Cancel future monthly renewals from your signed-in member account using Cancel future renewals. After PayFast confirms cancellation, the account shows the end of your paid access and no further renewals are scheduled through that subscription. If PayFast cannot confirm cancellation, the website explains the problem and you can contact [email protected] for help. Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment already made; request a refund by email so we can assess the circumstances and applicable rights. Refunds or disputes may suspend resource access. Previously downloaded files cannot be recalled and remain subject to the personal and family use licence. For purchases made through Patreon, use its cancellation and refund process, subject to applicable law.
5 Refund processing
Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, where supported. We will confirm the refund amount and when it has been initiated. Bank and payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear. Mandatory statutory refund deadlines take precedence.
